Clear terms keep a digital project inside its actual scope
These terms govern an inquiry-only site for website repair and support, website maintenance Austin work, small automation, and one-off web consultation. They draw a line around what has been requested and what has not.
1. These terms start on a stated date
These terms took effect on September 28, 2026. They apply when you browse norevixa.us, submit an inquiry, use the support chat, or contact Norevixa about a possible piece of work. A separate written scope can add project-specific detail, but it does not silently erase these basic rules.

2. The agreement is with Norevixa

Norevixa is a small studio for web projects, automation, and one-off consultations. These terms do not imply a larger agency, an undisclosed team, or a service that is not named here.
3. The site explains practical digital work
Norevixa provides a route to discuss information architecture, content structure, responsive website implementation, small workflow automation, API integration, website audit consultation, and careful correction of an existing project. Website repair and support may include debugging, content changes, form connections, documentation, and maintenance work on a current codebase or CMS.
The site does not provide a packaged SaaS product, software licence marketplace, hosting bundle, guaranteed business result, or physical product. It does not promise that a proposed change will create leads, savings, uptime, rankings, or a particular commercial outcome. The useful question is narrower: what object needs changing, and what must remain working?
Norevixa keeps the public site usable with keyboard navigation, readable contrast, visible focus, labelled controls, and layouts that adapt to small screens. If a page or interaction creates an access barrier, describe the page, device, and action at [email protected]. This accessibility route is for a practical correction, not a certification claim.
4. An inquiry is not a purchase
Nothing is sold or paid for on this site. There is no cart, checkout, payment flow, account, password, or card-data collection. A figure shown by an estimator is an indicative planning range, not a binding quote. It helps expose the inputs that affect the work; it is not an invoice or an acceptance of an order.
An inquiry becomes an order only when Norevixa and the prospective client agree in writing on the scope, deliverables, inputs, timing, responsibilities, and applicable fee. Sending a form, calling, or starting a chat does not reserve capacity or create a contract for delivery.
5. Pricing follows the inputs, in USD
Any fee is discussed in USD and depends on the work actually scoped. For a web project, the basis is page count, content state, integrations, and implementation depth. For small business workflow automation, it is the number of systems, trigger volume, data fields, and exception handling. A one-off web consultation depends on the review area, supplied materials, and session length.
Existing website improvement and website maintenance Austin work depend on issue count, access to the current code or CMS, and support duration. A price can change when the content is not ready, a system exposes less access than described, a requested integration adds exception paths, or the brief changes. Taxes, third-party charges, hosting, licences, and paid services are not quietly included unless the written scope says so.
6. Use the site without abusing it
You may read the pages, contact Norevixa about a genuine requirement, and use the public links for their intended purpose. Do not probe, overload, scrape, frame, disrupt, reverse engineer, impersonate, or attempt unauthorised access to the site, its forms, chat, server, database, or private operator systems.
Do not submit malware, unlawful material, another person’s private information without a lawful reason, false credentials, or repeated automated requests. Do not use an inquiry to test attacks against a working project. A request for a vague “AI strategy” without a concrete operation, fake urgency, or work that cannot be maintained by its owner may be declined.
7. The published material has an owner
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Norevixa owns or is authorised to use the site’s text, photographs, layout, code samples, logo, marks, and other published material. You may view the material for personal or internal evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, train a competing service on, modify for public distribution, or remove attribution from it without written permission.
Materials you provide remain yours, subject to your confirming that you have the right to provide them. A project handoff transfers only the rights stated in the agreed scope. Third-party libraries, fonts, platforms, and client materials keep their own terms.
8. Published information is provided as is
The site, its copy, estimator, links, forms, and chat are provided as is and as available. Norevixa does not warrant that every page will be uninterrupted, error-free, current for every browser, or suitable for a purpose that has not been explained. A planning band is not a promise of cost. A description of a service is not a guarantee that the request fits its limits.
Norevixa does not warrant rankings, conversions, revenue, lead volume, compatibility with an undisclosed system, or the performance of a third-party service. The studio will identify a known boundary rather than hide it behind a confident sentence. That is especially important when changing an existing website.
9. Liability stays tied to the work agreed
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norevixa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, or business interruption arising from use of the site, an inquiry, a third-party platform, or work outside the agreed scope.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a right that applicable law does not permit us to limit. For paid work, any agreed liability cap or remedy will be set out in the written project scope. You remain responsible for backups, credentials, approvals, legal compliance, and the accuracy of materials supplied to Norevixa.
10. Access can be refused when use crosses the line
Norevixa may restrict, suspend, or withdraw access to a page, form, chat, or other site feature when it reasonably appears necessary to protect the site, another person, the operator, or a third-party service. That includes suspected abuse, unlawful use, malicious traffic, repeated spam, or a breach of these terms.
A project engagement can also end under the termination terms written into its own scope. Ending access does not erase provisions that need to continue, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, privacy obligations, and the handling of information already submitted.
11. Texas law governs these terms
These terms run under the law of Texas, United States, without giving effect to a conflict-of-law rule that would require another law. Disputes relating to these terms or the public site are heard in the courts of Austin, Texas, United States, subject to any mandatory right or venue rule that applies to the person bringing the dispute.
This clause does not remove consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived. A concern can often be handled faster by writing to Norevixa before a formal dispute is started.
12. Changes appear on this page
Norevixa may revise these terms when the site, the inquiry route, or the working service changes. The updated version will be posted at terms.html with a new effective date. A material change will be identified in the page’s visible update information rather than buried in code.
Your continued use of the site after an updated version is posted means the revised terms apply to future browsing and inquiries. A project already covered by a written scope remains subject to the terms and scope agreed for that project unless the parties agree otherwise.
