05 / Existing project

Keep the working site and fix the part that is costing you time.

Norevixa provides website repair and support for a live project that needs a careful correction, not a forced rebuild. We trace the issue, change the smallest safe surface, and leave notes another person can follow.

A repair route for a project that still has useful parts

Support starts with the current system, not a blank canvas.

Existing-project support suits a small organisation with a live website, CMS, form, or connected workflow that has one or several concrete problems. The pages may be sound but the mobile layout is wrong. A form may validate badly. A content update may have broken a template. A handoff may have left nobody certain what can be touched safely.

We inspect what is already working before changing it. That includes the responsive website implementation, content structure, integration boundary, and the way the issue can be tested after release. If a rebuild is genuinely the smaller risk, we will say so. It is not the default answer.

01 / Repair

Targeted corrections

CSS, template, content, form, and small front-end changes with the affected surface named before work begins.

02 / Trace

Debug the failure

Reproduce the issue where possible, identify the condition that triggers it, and separate the visible symptom from its cause.

03 / Maintain

Safe project upkeep

Small changes to an existing public site where structure matters more than a fresh visual concept.

04 / Transfer

Document the change

Leave a compact note about the file, setting, test path, and known limit so the next edit is not guesswork.

The planning range depends on issue count, access, and support duration.

Existing-project support is scoped from the number of issues, access to the current code or CMS, and the support duration requested. An estimate is a range until the inputs and limits are clear. A single visible correction with working access is different from several issues spread across a locked CMS and an undocumented form.

There is no fixed price displayed because the operator has not supplied one for this engagement. Norevixa reviews the inquiry before discussing a price or scope. This is inquiry-only work. There is no cart, checkout, payment flow, or binding quote on the site.

Boundary: support is for a defined change or a bounded run of changes. It is not an uptime promise, an emergency response contract, hosting, a software licence, or a guarantee of leads, savings, or other business results.

The common failure is not always in the line that looks broken.

A mobile defect may come from a width assumption in a parent layout. A form that appears to submit may be failing at the connection between validation and the endpoint. A content problem can be a missing page relationship rather than weak wording. We trace the path before touching the most obvious element.

  • Responsive layout that breaks at a real viewport rather than only at the designer’s screen width.
  • Website maintenance where a content edit has shifted a template or removed an important relationship.
  • Forms, consent fields, and small API connections whose failure state is quiet or misleading.
  • Existing website improvement where useful pages should stay and only the failing structure should move.
  • Code or CMS changes that need a second check and a written handoff for the owner.

We do not hide a limitation behind the word “fixed.” If an upstream service, inaccessible repository, or missing account prevents a complete test, the handoff records that fact.

The change is small because the inspection is not casual.

First, the request is reduced to an observable issue. Then the current path is checked: page, device, field, trigger, or content state. We compare the expected result with the actual result and identify the narrowest change that can be tested without disturbing useful structure.

PointQuestionRecord
ReproduceCan the issue be seen under a stated device, browser, or input?Observed condition and test material.
ChangeWhat is the smallest responsible surface to edit?Scope, assumption, and excluded work.
CheckWhat should happen now, and what nearby path must remain intact?Acceptance check and known limitation.
Hand offCan the owner explain the change six weeks later?Location, reason, test path, and next maintenance note.

A handoff note should save the next hour.

The note identifies the changed page or component, the issue it addresses, and the input used to test it. If the correction depends on a CMS setting, access permission, browser condition, or content rule, that dependency is written plainly. We include what was not changed when that distinction protects the project.

This is especially useful when an existing website improvement is being made by a small internal team. The owner should not need to remember a conversation to publish the next page or spot the same failure. A clear note is part of the deliverable.

Support is not a substitute for missing access.

Choose this route when the project exists and the request can be described. It is not right for a site that has no usable access, a full new product with no existing foundation, or a vague request to “make everything better.” A short one-off consultation is the better first step when the issue itself is still uncertain.

Norevixa will also refuse a change that would make a failure harder to detect, expose data without a clear boundary, or leave an owner unable to maintain the result. The point of careful support is not to accumulate dependency.

Name the issue, the current project, and the access you can provide.
