A URL and a clear account of the problem are more useful than a polished brief. For an existing website improvement, say which page or action fails. For an automation, name the systems at each end and the event that should start the work.

A useful first specification
- The public URL or the names of the systems involved. Do not send a private sign-in link.
- The action someone is trying to complete, and what happens instead.
- What must remain unchanged, including content or a connection that already works.
- A target date and the reason it matters. A date in the form does not reserve delivery.
- The person who can review the result and approve access later.
Keep passwords, API keys and customer records out of this form. A redacted example is enough for the first review. We discuss access only after the task has a boundary.

After you send
A review before a commitment.
We examine the request.
The first review checks whether the task fits the studio and whether the available information is enough to discuss scope. If the fault cannot be understood from a public page, we ask for a redacted example rather than unrestricted access.
You review the boundary.
The proposed work identifies what changes and what stays outside the engagement. Dependencies matter: a third-party API limit or missing source code can change what is practical. The working process explains review and acceptance in more detail.
Work starts after agreement.
A submitted inquiry is not a booking. The scope and commercial terms need separate agreement before implementation begins. A deadline entered in a message is an input to that discussion, not a promised completion date.
A smaller task can be the right task.
You do not need to commission a rebuild to correct a broken form or reorganise a confusing section. If you need a guaranteed lead count, an immediate emergency response or an open-ended transformation programme, this studio is not the right fit.
